The Brief

Beard Surgeon needed to maximise revenue during the peak Christmas trading period across Google and Meta, with a combined budget of circa £3,000. The challenge was to drive efficient conversions against a competitive seasonal landscape in the men's grooming category.

What We Did

We built and managed a dual-channel approach across Google PPC and Meta paid social simultaneously, allocating budget dynamically based on real-time performance data. On Google, we prioritised brand keywords and generic consideration campaigns across Men's Grooming, Beard Oil, and Beard Balm. On Meta, we tested multiple creative formats and reallocated spend aggressively towards the top performers mid-flight.

The Brief

BetWinner wanted to build brand presence and drive registrations among sports fans in Nigeria during the FIFA World Cup - one of the highest-attention sporting events on the African calendar. The brief called for high-impact, low-cost media that could reach fans in the moments they were most engaged.

What We Did

We identified bar venues across Nigeria showing World Cup matches as the highest-value touchpoint - captive audiences, high dwell time, and a direct correlation between viewing context and sports betting intent. We planned and executed a six-week campaign of branded beer mats and interior banner placements across venues, each carrying BetWinner branding and a QR code linking directly to the sign-up flow. Physical media placed directly in front of the audience at the exact moment of relevance.

Why It Worked

By treating the physical environment as a media channel rather than an afterthought, we achieved repeated high-frequency brand exposure among a highly relevant audience - sports fans, in-venue, during live matches - at a fraction of the cost of digital alternatives. The QR mechanic created a direct, measurable bridge between physical placement and digital conversion.

The Brief

A global technology brand needed to reach senior engineers and decision-makers at a major Nordic defence contractor - specifically targeting employees across multiple business units at their headquarters in Linkoping, Sweden. The client required premium, credible media. Digital was off the table. The local market offered almost no viable advertising inventory.

What We Did

Rather than accepting the constraints of the market, we dug into the audience's behaviour. Local research revealed that a significant proportion of the target employees regularly visited Linkoping Airport during their lunch break - it was a popular nearby destination for the HQ workforce. We identified and secured a single high-impact PVC banner placement directly outside the airport entrance, delivering daily exposure to the core audience during one of their most consistent daily routines.

The Results

The campaign achieved consistent, repeated daily exposure among the exact target audience - not a diluted proxy. It established a strong, visible brand presence in a market where no other viable media options existed, and directly supported the client's strategic objective of expanding their relationship with the defence contractor beyond a single business unit. A constrained media market, turned into a precision advantage.

Why It Worked

Local insight turned a near-impossible brief into a highly effective campaign. By understanding where the audience actually went - not just where conventional media assumed they'd be - we delivered hyper-targeted, high-frequency exposure that felt embedded in their world rather than imposed upon it.
